1. Returns and Refunds
At Neubitat Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your shopping experience is as pleasant as possible.
2. Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns of opened items within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging, where possible
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Please note that certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including:
- Plush toys that have been used
- Toys with mouth-contact components that have been opened
- Personalized or custom-made items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, and include your return authorization number.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or not as described. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
The refund will include the purchase price of the item and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time for your exchange.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

For damaged or defective items, we will cover the cost of return shipping and will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges you paid.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our return process once you receive the item.
8. Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are eligible for return under the same conditions as regularly priced items, unless otherwise specified in the sale terms.
9. Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift, you may return it for store credit of equal value to the purchase price. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with gift returns.
